Happy Holidays & Merry Christmas!
The end of the year is fast approaching, and we have 2023 to look forward to. Hopefully, the new year will bring some new updates to Team Garcy. I know that I want to whittle the site down to just Garcy, Garcia Flynn, and Lucy Preston content (since I might be bringing the Timeless fandom a general Timeless Fansite later next year - I'm aiming for October 2023 - free time permitting, of course).
I've also been thinking about bringing back the fanworks section of Team Garcy that existed in one of this site's earlier designs (fanart, fanfic). So if you have any fanworks that you'd like to have archived on this Garcy site, please send them my way:

In 2023, if there's interest, I'd also like to bring back Garcy October, and try to get more fans involved in Garcy Shipmas. I know that we're almost five years away from the Timeless series finale (Chinatown), and that the fandom has shrunk considerably, but I love Timeless, Garcy, Garcia Flynn, and Lucy Preston so much that I want to do what I can to keep them alive. As I'm sure you do, too.
And if there's interest, I might try to put together monthly creative challenges (fanfic, fanart, etc.). Responses to these challenges would then be archived here on Team Garcy for easy access by all Garcy fans.
If you've made or written anything from the 2022 Garcy Shipmas prompts, please send them my way, and I will feature them here.

It's been a few years since Team Garcy touched on anything "Garcy Holidays," so I've come up with some creative prompts (for fanfic, fanart, etc) for those of you who feel like making 2022 a very special holiday season for Garcia Flynn and Lucy Preston. Six years on, and Timeless remains my favourite series. I know it isn't perfect, but it still brings me so much happiness when I rewatch the OG26 - which averages about once every 2 months, with monthly rewatches of my favourite episodes (110, 111, 204, 206).
Though I rewatch the series all the time, in October I discipline my rewatch and do one episode a day from the 3rd until the 28th. Then I'll re-read the fan-made season 3 and season 4, while rereading my favourite novel-length fanfic: Starlight & Strange Magic. |
| Timeless has given me six years of renewed fanwork creativity, four of which include writing fanfic alongside creating fanart, and fanvids.
It would take an essay to get into the reasons why this show is so important to me, but... Timeless, Garcia Flynn, Lucy Preston, Garcy, Flufus, Flereal, Karl, Flurtlenecks, Florcy, Emma, and pretty much everything about the series bring me so much joy. |

Team Garcy is back online. I apologize for the up-and-down of it all, but that's what happens when funds run out, and I have to downgrade my server space and the full site (well, sites, since my server hosts both Team Garcy and the Goran Višnjić Archive fansite <--- which I'm hoping will be able to come back sometime next year, it all depends on how much more funds are donated and if I can get back my unlimited server space). Anyway, if you'd like to help keep Team Garcy online, and help get the Goran Višnjić Archive fansite back online, you can donate to my host server GTX, and they will apply your donation to my account.
Nothing new has been added to the site, but I have removed the Abigail Spencer photo gallery since the Team Garcy affiliate Abigail Spencer Fan has a very good photo gallery that you can use. And hopefully next year I'll be able to get the Goran Višnjić Archive fansite back online for your Goran image fix.
I want to thank those of you who continued to donate funds while the site was offline, it's because of your donations that Team Garcy is back online today.
